Custom-Made Clergy Shirt Measurement Guide

Step 2
INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEASUREMENTS
Follow this measuring guide exactly. Do not add any allowance because of any previous experiences you may have had in the past with ready-made, off-the-shelf shirts. The shirt you order is made to the measurements you submit. Follow this guide
CUSTOM FITTED SHIRTS.
It will be easier and more accurate when you get some help in making your measurements.
Relax, it’s really quite simple. All measurements are in inches.

Make note of your measurements and transcribe them to the order form in Step  3.

MEASUREMENTS WHILE  SEATED.
1) Neck _____________________________________________________
Measure around your neck at the level of your Adam’s apple. You should be able to comfortably fit the little finger between your neck and the measuring tape.
2) Waist_____________________________________________________
MEASUREMENTS WHILE STANDING.
3) Chest_________________________________________________________
  • Shoulder seam to Shoulder seam________________________________________
5) Sleeve length__________________________________________________
Place your hand on your hip, with your arm bent at 90 degrees. Then have someone measure the distance from the center back of your neck (along your shoulder and elbow) all the way to your wrist. Notice the first line on the hand that meets the wrist, that’s a good length for the sleeve.
6) Back length. ______________________________________________________
This runs from the point where the collar meets the body, to about 6” to 8” below the belt-line in the back.
7). Biceps._______________________________Wrist________________________________
