How does it work?

After placing your order, you will immediately see an “Order Received” message pop-up on your monitor that contains an order number.  Send us an e-mail at info@churchwaresdirect.ca containing the order number and the following information regarding the couple for who you want the certificate.

Groom’s First Name, Groom’s Last Name, Groom’s Father’s Name, Groom’s Mother’s Name, Bride’s First Name, Bride’s Last Name, Bride’s Father’s Name, Bride’s Mother’s Name,  Marriage Date, Parish Name, Parish City, Parish Province/State, Name of Witness 1, Name of Witness 2, Name of Celebrant.
